Post : Medical Science Liaison

Key accountabilities: 
- Coordinate CRC members to ensure quality and timely review and archiving of materials, in accordance with the local and global SOPs and relevant legislation.

- Monitor output of the CRC review, including the provision of monthly reports and related statistics as required

- Develop and maintain local CRC database, modify CRC SOP.

- Develop training materials and provide trainings to internal stakeholders

- Monitor compliance with relevant internal/external policies

- Oversee the efficient running of the CRC review electronic system and facilitate AP for users license changing

- Prepare Budget Plan and monitor and allocate departmental expenses against  BP

 

Essential knowledge and skills:
• Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy

• Clinical practice experience

• Strong knowledge of the Xi’an Janssen products

• Fluency in written and spoken English & Chinese

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external customers

• Proficiency at slides development
