Vacancy for Pharmacist under Corpus fund of Health & FW Department

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following post under Corpus fund of Health & FW Department, Kandhamal on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per the Society norms basing on the performance and subsistence of the programme.

Post : Pharmacist

Qualification/Eligibility : Pharmacist / Degree / Diploma from any recognised Govt.lnstitution. Preference will be given to the candidate working in the PHC(N) Lankagarh, Tumudibandha.

Age : Age not above then 62 years.

Remuneration & Other allowance. : Rs. 20,000 + H.R.A Rs. 5.000 /-only.

Documents required : Academic mark sheet & certificate with Experience Certificate from Heads of theGovt.lnstitution/Dy Superintenedent of the Hospital.

Interested Para Medical Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are requested to apply & attend the walk interview for filling up the following posts under Corpus fund of Health & FW department, Kandhamal on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per norms basing on the performance. No other incentive will be entitled during the period of service. The period of service depends upon the availability of funding from govt.of odisha.

The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.

1. Candidate will be selected on the basis of selection process as applicable.

2. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit “No Objection Certificate” from the employer (appointing authority) at the time of attending the Walk In Interview.

3. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are to attend the Walk-in-interview on the scheduled date and time at CDMO”s office, Kandhamal by downloading the application form from the above website.

4. Over age, under qualification and short of requisite percentage of marks in the prescribed educational qualification shall be rejected.

5. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his/her service shall be terminated from the society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier form the society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances / misbehavior/criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.
