Job Description
Manager, Alliance Management is expected to work closely with Head, Alliance Management to:
• Enable successful implementation of CPO’s BD strategy
• Ensure proactive management of alliances with CPO commercial partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Build analytical rigor on key aspects of Partners’ brands and drive governance
• Contribute to improving collaboration skills of alliance teams with a goal of achieving business objectives and supporting Novartis’ reputation as a Partner of Choice
Monitor execution of business plans; Create and maintain a dashboard containing KPIs of all partner brands
• Engage with partner stakeholders along with concerned DA colleagues through regular interface meetings
• Be the SPOC for partners and ensures timely resolution of issues
• Ensure compliance to agreement and relevant Novartis policies
• Work with the partner and BD&L to establish and maintain the direction and scope for implementation and maintenance of partnership agreements, including renewals and modifications
• Coordinate and facilitate the appropriate exchange of information and documentation for regulatory, and medical purposes
• Coordinate with marketing science team to monitor market demand, with Finance and Supply Chain as applicable
• Participate in contract renegotiations, contract amendments and letter of agreements and memos of understanding as appropriate
• Collaborate with business development team as necessary.
Candidate Profile :
Graduate, preferably an MBA Degree English, Any other Indian language 3-8 years experience in Sales/ Marketing/ BD
