Job Description
Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements to accurately reflect services to be provided, including budgets and budget grids, task and responsibility tables, timetables, description of services and payment schedules. Develop and revise budgets and other components for scope of work documents from proposals
• May develop payment schedules
• Develop budgets for change in scope documents
• Develop change in scope documents
• Provide support to the Contract team
o Manage Contracts through the signature process
Candidate Profile
Experience
• Minimum of five years previous experience in contracts or clinical research a plus
Skills
• Well organized with good oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases
• Knowledge of clinical trials process and the pharmaceutical industry a plus
Education
•Bachelors Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent
Language Skills
•Fluent in English, oral and written
