Position : Officer / Sr. Officer (IPQA & Lab QA)
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience : Minimum 03 Years
Job Description
• Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Carry out in-process checks and perform IPQA activities in warehouse, manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Online review of BMR, BPR, labels & logbooks.
• Check SOPs and cGMP compliance on shop floor.
• Carry out process validation and hold time study as per protocol.
• Conduct routine internal inspections and coordinate preparations for external regulatory evaluations.
• Draft, review, distribute and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across testing teams.
• Lead root cause investigations into Out of Specification (OOS) testing results and execute corrective actions.
ORAL SOLID DOSAGE
Manufacturing
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: Minimum 03 Years
Job Description : • Exposure to manufacturing operations like Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling.
• eBMR/eBPR/eLog.
• SAP/QMS/CIMS.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliant machines.
Packing
Position : Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Pharm / B.Sc.
Experience : Minimum 03 Years
Job Description
• Primary & Secondary Packing.
• Expertise in eBPR package will be an advantage.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliant machines.
LIQUID DOSAGE (Jelly)
Manufacturing
Position : Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm
Experience : 03–10 Years
Job Description
• Liquid exposure in manufacturing & filling machines like sachet.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliant machines.
Manufacturing / Filling
Position : Associate
Qualification : 10th / 12th / ITI
Experience : Minimum 03 Years
Job Description
• Knowledge of liquid equipment like tanks, colloidal mill, filling machines (sachet filling).
• Handling of 21 CFR compliant machines.
MAINTENANCE
Position : Officer / Sr. Officer (OSD & Sterile)
Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech
Experience : Minimum 03 Years
Job Description
• Review and execution of preventive maintenance schedules in line with cGMP practices.
• Monitor and review maintenance records for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Exposure to equipment such as FBD, FBP, RMG, Coating, Compression, Capsule, Blister, etc.
• Manage day-to-day breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.
WAREHOUSE
Position : Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Com / B.Sc.
Experience : 03–06 Years
Job Description
• Knowledge of RM dispensing.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records.
• Maintain all GMP records for manufacturing section.
• Maintain product recipe as per SOP.
• Plan and supervise manpower during shifts.
• Ensure production facilities are clean and disinfected where appropriate.
• Fill and review daily log sheets and daily verification records.
Preference shall be given to residents of Assam.
