Location : Hassan, Karnataka

Education
• M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• M.Sc (Life Sciences or Chemistry)
Experience : 8–12 years in QA for pharmaceutical and/or herbal manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain QMS at the plant in compliance with cGMP, Schedule M, WHO-GMP, and applicable AYUSH guidelines.
• Manage deviations, CAPA, change controls, OOS/OOT, complaints, and quality risk assessments with timely closure.
• Conduct and support internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits and ensure inspection readiness.
• Review and approve SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, specifications, validation documents, protocols, and quality records.
• Ensure effective GMP compliance, line clearance, in-process QA checks, documentation practices, and batch record review.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, Engineering, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams for quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor QMS performance, conduct GMP training, track quality trends, and drive continuous improvement across plant operations.
