Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and control daily production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform in-process quality checks and final product analysis as per specifications.
• Maintain and update production records, batch reports and documentation.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency, yield and quality.
Qualifications
• M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry
• B.Sc. in Chemistry with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
• 0–2 Years of experience in production / manufacturing in Chemical / Pharmaceutical / FMCG or related industries.
• Freshers can also apply.
Skills Required
• Good knowledge of chemical processes, raw materials and finished products.
• Hands-on experience in analytical techniques (pH, Titration, HPLC, GC, UV, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GMP and safety standards.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Team player with problem-solving ability.
