Departments : Production, Engineering, QC, Microbiology and QA
Production
• Supervisors and Operators : Diploma / B.Tech. (Mechanical/Instrumentation) / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc.
• Operators : 4–10 years of experience in handling Compounding, Vial Washing, Tunnel, Autoclave, Filling, Capping, QMS, Packing, and Track & Trace systems.
Quality Control
Qualification : M.Sc. / B.Pharm
• Analysts : 3–6 years of experience in analysis of Raw Materials, In-Process, Finished Products, and Stability Samples using HPLC/GC and related laboratory instruments.
Microbiology
Qualification : M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology) / B.Pharm
• 3–6 years of experience in Media Preparation, MLT, BET, sterility method validations, execution, documentation preparation, and review.
• Experience in Culture Suspension preparation, GPT, and operation of VITEK 2.
Quality Assurance
Qualification : M.Sc. / B.Pharm
• 4–10 years of experience in IPQA, QMS, document preparation and review.
• 4–10 years of experience in Qualification and Validation activities.
• 5–8 years of experience in Vendor Management & RA.
