Municipal Corporation Hiring Pharmacists

To operationalize the newly constructed N.N. Wadia Hospital within the jurisdiction of the Malegaon Municipal Corporation and to ensure the prompt delivery of healthcare services and efficient handling of tasks, the Corporation intends to fill certain posts on a purely temporary basis—specifically for a duration of six months—via walk-in interviews and on a consolidated honorarium basis.

Qualification : a) Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Science Stream)
b) Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
c) Preference given to candidates holding a degree in Pharmacy
d) 03 years of relevant work experience required

Salary : 14,000/-

Note
1) Since the said posts are in the form of lump sum remuneration for a maximum period of 6 months, no separate order will be issued to the effect that the appointment on lump sum remuneration basis will automatically terminate upon the expiry of the term. 2) The entire rights of the recruitment process, reduction or increase of posts, cancellation/suspension of the recruitment process at any stage, change in terms and conditions, change in the place of posting and all other rights belong to this office and the right to make changes in the selection process at any time as well as the right to reduce or increase the remuneration has been reserved by the Hon. Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Malegaon.
3) While selecting the candidates, the minimum educational qualification shall be as per the column 4 mentioned in the published instructions. Also, experienced and local candidates who have worked directly in the local self-government bodies and during the COVID-19 period will be given preference.

5) If the performance of the selected candidates is not satisfactory during the period of appointment on lump sum honorarium basis, the honorarium appointment of the candidate will be terminated immediately without giving any prior notice.

6) Interviews will be conducted only for eligible candidates following the scrutiny of their certificates; please take note of this. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for the interview.
7) No travel allowance or any other allowances will be admissible for the interview.
8) Please take careful note that these posts are temporary, for a specific period, and on a consolidated honorarium basis solely for the purpose of clearing pending work; therefore, no benefits associated with permanent employment will be admissible, nor can any claim be made for the same.
9) The age limit is 18 to 38 years for general category candidates and 18 to 43 years for candidates belonging to backward classes. However, the maximum age limit restriction will not apply to eligible candidates who have served as Medical Officers in the Municipal Corporation during the COVID-19 period or other times.
10) As this recruitment process based on honorarium is transparent, candidates are advised not to fall prey to any malpractices in this regard.
11) Please take serious note that if any direct or indirect pressure is exerted to secure an appointment under this recruitment process, the concerned candidate will be disqualified from the process.
