• Lead QC lab operations, instrument management, analyst competency, standards, QMS activities, investigations and review of laboratory testing.
DEPUTY MANAGER / GROUP LEADER – QC CHEMICAL
• Instrument qualification (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Empower & software qualification, CSV
• Analytical method validation / transfer
• RM, PM, Water & QMS activities
• Laboratory investigations
• In-Process, Finished Product & Stability Studies
• Data review & trending
EXECUTIVE / ANALYST – QC CHEMICAL
• Operation & calibration of lab instruments
• Analysis of RM, PM, IP, FP & Stability samples using HPLC, GC, UV, IR etc.
• Analytical method validation, verification & transfer
• Wet & chemical analysis
TRAINEE – QC CHEMICAL
• Equipment calibration & maintenance
• Sampling of Water, RM & PM
• Stability sample coordination
• Reference standards & records
• Calibration schedules, chemicals & trend monitoring
