Quality Control (API/FML/Micro)
Officer / B.Sc. / B.Pharma / Microbiology Min. 2 to 6 Years
Knowledge of HPLC/GC/LCMS and other routine instruments of QC and work experience with regulatory compliance organizations (US FDA/EU etc.). Analysis of in-process/Assay/Dissolution/RM/FP/SS, OOS and OOT handling and report writing, Handling of laboratory deviation. Understanding of laboratory instrument software validation and 21 CFR. Analysis of API/intermediate and raw materials. Knowledge of GLP Section, understanding of laboratory instruments Qualification/Calibrations. Good knowledge of Analytical method transfer / Method validation/cleaning validation and Pharmacopoeia updates.

QA Validation (API)
Manager / M.Sc. / B.Pharma Min. 6 to 10 Years
To prepare/revise validation protocol, prepare validation reports, process and cleaning validation. Preparation, review and approval of quality system document related to qualification and validation. Preparation and review of validation master plan and validation planner. Ensure all cleaning validation, equipment/system qualifications and temperature mapping activities as per protocol/schedule in line with GMP requirement. Participate in validation/qualification processes. Update/revise SOP related to validation/qualification. Monitoring and review of Qualification / Validation activities. Handling of OOS activity, E-log, EDMS and SAP activity. Handling of Deviations, Change controls, CAPA, OOS, OOT, Failure investigations, Reprocessing and Reworking.

Production (API)
Associate / Officer / Officer I Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.Pharma 2 to 10 Years for Associate/Officer 2 to 6 Years for Officer
Working in shift production shop-floor activities, Processing of the batches, Online filing of the BPRs and records, Performing online documentation and SAP related activities, Operating equipment reactors, Sparkler Filter, Candle Filters, Centrifuge, Dryers as per SOP. Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, Data Integrity in USFDA & MHRA regulatory API manufacturing plants.
