Post : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – F&D

Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Qualification : M.Pharm
Experience : 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop innovative formulations for solid oral dosage forms (Tablets / Capsules / Pellets) and injectable dosage forms.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and design formulations based on QTPP, CQAs, API characteristics, and development requirements.
• Identify and optimize CPPs and CMAs.
• Perform formulation and process optimization using QbD, risk assessment, and DoE.
• Plan and execute lab, pilot, engineering, exhibit, and scale-up batches.
• Lead investigations and troubleshoot formulation, process, and stability issues.
• Review and analyze data to drive continuous improvements in product performance.
• Support scale-up, technology transfer, exhibit batches, and commercial launch activities.
• Prepare and review protocols, reports, risk assessments, MFR/BMR, specifications, and other development documents.
• Plan and monitor stability studies and evaluate stability trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AD, QC, QA, Production, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and others.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing formulation development team.
