Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology Recruitment in Project funded by DST-SERB, NIAB

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling the following position at the BRIC National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad, against the DST-SERB funded project entitled “Elucidating the role of Cdk-related kinases (Crk7, Crk9, and Crk11) mediating transcript maturation in the asexual developmental stages of Toxoplasma gondii”

Post : Project Associate I (1 position)

Essential Qualification : MSc./MVSc./M.Tech.Degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry / Microbiology from a recognised university or equivalent. Candidates with prior experience in molecular parasitology and molecular biology techniques involving gene cloning and protein purification will be preferred.

Age : 35 years

Tenure : 10 Months

Fellowship amount : Rs. 31000 + HRA (if applicable) candidates NET or GATE or undergone a selection process through national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions and 25,000/- + HRA (if applicable) for others who do not have NET or GATE as per the DST guidelines.

Note : Only Provisional Degree Certificate or Convocation Degree Certificate will be accepted as proof of educational qualification. Experience certificates must be issued by the Head of the Department/Office.
