With reference to Letter No. /NHM/PROJ-1853/2025-SECTION(NHM)/1312-1344 dated 03.08.2026, and as per the approval in the ROP (Record of Proceedings) 2026–27, applications are invited for recruitment to various vacant contractual posts under the National Health Mission, District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh (Chhattisgarh), in Bilaigarh Development Block.

Conditions and Selection Procedure for Appointment
1. Applications will be accepted only through Registered Post/Speed Post.Applications received through personal submission or any other means will not be considered.
2. Applications will be accepted only if received from 20/08/2026 to 07/09/2026, up to 5:30 PM. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted.
3. A candidate may apply for more than one advertised post, but a separate application in the prescribed format must be submitted for each post. While submitting the application, the name of the post, department and programme should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
4. The applicant must ensure that all entries/information in the application form are exactly as per the relevant original documents. Before final selection, the documents will be verified. Candidates whose information is found incorrect or doubtful will not be included in the final selection process.
5. A list of candidates found eligible/ineligiblewill be prepared on the basis of the qualifications, conditions and mandatory documents prescribed in the advertisement. This list will be published on the district departmental websitefor a specified period to invite claims/objections.
6. After disposal of the claims/objections, the list of eligible and ineligible candidates will be published. Claims/objections will be accepted only up to the prescribed date; objections received after the deadline will not be considered.
7. The number of candidates called for document verification will be based on the number of advertised vacancies:

8. Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory for document verification. If an eligible applicant is absent at any stage of the process, they will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent selection process.
9. During document verification, candidates must produce all original documents submitted/attached with the application whenever required. If an original document is not available during verification, the candidate will not be permitted to participate in the recruitment process.
10. A separate selection list will be issued for the advertised posts. For the waiting list, candidates equivalent to 300% of the total advertised vacancies, post-wise, will be placed on the waiting list.
11. The selection list and waiting list will remain valid for one year from the date of publication, or until the new recruitment process for the concerned post is completed, whichever is earlier. During this period, vacancies arising in the concerned post may be filled from the waiting list as per the applicable procedure.
Eligibility / Application Conditions
I. After downloading the application form from the departmental website, the applicant must complete all required entries clearly and submit the application.
II. A recent passport-size photograph must be affixed at the specified place on the application form and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / the applicant himself or herself.
III. Applicants must carefully read all instructions given in the advertisement and fill in all fields of the application form correctly and completely. An application may be rejected at any stage of the selection process, without prior notice, on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information.
IV. Documents to be attached The applicant must arrange all documents properly, self-attest them, and attach them to the application form in the following order : Application form Domicile/residence certificate issued by the competent authority Caste certificate issued by the competent authority Valid Employment Exchange registration certificate Mark sheets for all years/semesters of educational qualifications Relevant degree and valid registration certificate with the concerned council, if applicable Experience certificate Identity proof If any of the above required documents are not attached, the Selection Committee has the right to reject the application.
V. Caste Certificate A permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory. If a false caste certificate is submitted, the candidate's candidature may be cancelled.
VI. Chhattisgarh Domicile The applicant must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh and must submit a domicile/residence certificate issued by the competent authority.
VII. Employment Exchange Registration The applicant's District Employment Exchange registration certificate must be valid as of the date of the advertisement. If the registration is not valid/current, the application will be considered invalid, and the candidate will be responsible for this.
VIII. Educational Qualification The educational institution awarding the qualification must be recognized by the UGC, AICTE, and the relevant council, as applicable. Only the prescribed qualification obtained through a regular course will be accepted. Qualifications obtained through irregular/private/open/distance/correspondence courses will not be accepted under any circumstances.
IX. Candidates whose marks are based on grades Candidates whose marksheets show grades rather than marks must submit a certified marks-conversion/calculation sheet from the Principal/Head of their respective school/college/institution, showing the marks obtained, maximum marks, and percentage.
Other Important Instructions for Applicants
I. The number of advertised contractual posts is subject to change. Due to administrative reasons, the number of posts against notified vacancies may be reduced, increased, or the recruitment may be cancelled altogether.
II. During the recruitment process, the Collector-cum-Chairperson, District Health Committee, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (Chhattisgarh) will have the full authority to resolve any disputes or problems that arise and to take the final decision.
III. The provisions of reservation will be implemented according to the roster system prevailing in the district.
IV. If, at any stage of the selection process, it is found that a candidate is exerting any kind of pressure or attempting to influence the impartial selection process, their application will be declared invalid, and no claim in this regard will be accepted.
V. Community Health Officer (CHO) : While working as a Community Health Officer, a monthly consolidated honorarium of ₹16,500 will be paid. In addition, a Performance Based Incentive (PBI) of up to a maximum of ₹15,000 per month may be provided. The instructions issued from time to time by the Mission Director, National Health Mission in this regard will be applicable.
Applications must be submitted to the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh, from 20/08/2026 to 07/09/2026, up to 5:30 PM, only through Registered Post/Speed Post.
