State AIDS Control Society Hiring Pharmacist

Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS) intends to fill following post on contractual basis ART Center, Blood Bank, District Civil Hospital, Karnal for the period up to 31.03.2026 which will be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance as per guidelines received from NACO. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), MOHFW, and Govt, of India guidelines issued from time to time.

Post : Pharmacist ART Post (General-1)

Salary : 21,000

Essential Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
OR
Diploma in pharmacy
• The candidate should be registered in state pharmacy council.
Essential experience:-
• 3 year experience for diploma holders.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office

Desirable
• Community candidates from HIV infected and affected as well as key communities.

1. Applicant must be permanent resident of Haryana (Bonafide domicile certificate from executive magistrate should be furnished).
2. Applicant should be have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
3. Age as per Haryana Govt, policy.
4. The reservation policy of Govt, of Haryana will be enforced.

2. Post qualification relevant work experience in same field in any State Govt./Semi Govt./UT/any Govt. Board/Corporation/NHM /SACS shall be considered.
OR
Post Qualification relevant work experience in same field in private hospitals/Labs, which are J SI/NABH/NABLaccredited /ISO certified and any other nationally accredited Health Institution only will be considered/admissible at par with Govt. Facilities

Marking Pattern
02 marks for each completed year (maximum 10 narks)
3. Local area Weightage = 10 Weightage of marks (for Haryana applicants): 10 marks for the candidate be a bonafide resident of Haryana (Haryana resident certificate/Domicile) Weightage of marks for “out of the State applicants”: Zero(O) marks

> These posts are district specific and non transferable.
> The reservation policy of Govt, of Haryana will be enforced (these posts are district specific, so all district authorities are hereby directed to ensure to fill the backlog of reservation policy as per Haryana Govt, and as per the total sanctioned posts in different categories in district).
> Waiting list of three candidates per post will be kept so that post need not to be re-advertised again & again and posts may not remain vacant. This waiting list will be valid for one year.

Checklist for acceptable documents as proof of address for general public is as under:-

4. Cast and Domicile certificate with address and the photo issued by State Govt.

6. Electricity Bill (not older than last three months)

Note- Any of the above three documents (sr. no. 1 to 6) be produced at the time of recruitment.

Additional guidelines for selection criteria are as under:-
• The formula for calculating the marks for essential basic qualification will be done by multiplying the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates with Weightage and divided by 100.
• 02 marks will be given for each completed year of additional relevant post experience, with maximum of 10 marks for all posts.
• The reservation policy of Haryana Government should strictly be followed.
