Require Pharmacist in Urban Primary Health Center

Under the National Health Scheme, Kanyakumari District, District Health Association has decided to fill the vacant contract posts of Pharmacist in the newly established Urban Primary Health Center at Peruvilai on a completely temporary contract basis. Applications from eligible persons to work on a temporary contract basis for the above posts are invited by 5.00 pm on 25.08.2025.

Post : Pharmacist

No of post : 1 Most Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes (Preference will be given)

Salary : Rs. 15,000/-

Qualification : 1) Must have passed +2 in a recognized school with science subject.
2) A Diploma in Pharmacy.
3) Must have registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy council and must keep the Registration alive by renewing it regularly every year. (or)
4. The candidates who possess a degree (i.e) Bachelor of Pharmacy, apart from the above mentioned minimum General Educational (1&2) Qualifications.

Age limit : Not exceeding 45 years of age as on 01.07.2025
Tenure : 11 months contract or project implementation whichever is earlier

Conditions
1. These posts are purely temporary and will not be made permanent at any time.
2. The decision of the District Health Association President is final.
3. The number of posts to be selected is subject to change.
4. A voluntary letter of consent to join the post (Under Taking) must be submitted along with a contract letter for the month.
5. Working Knowledge of Tamil is mandatory.

8. Special qualification certificate obtained from the relevant institution for differently abled/destitute widow/ex-servicemen etc (if applicable)
