A District Mineral Foundation (DMF) Trust is a non-profit body established by the State Governments in India to work for the benefit of persons and areas affected by mining operations, as mandated by the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015.
District Mineral Foundation Trust, Chatra intends to recruit clinical and non-clinical professionals on a contractual basis in Chatra district. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for rendering services for the position as detailed and described below.

Post : Pharmacist

No of posts : 12 (Gen-5, SC-2, ST-1, BC-I-2, BC-II-1, EWS-1)
Minimum Experience : 2 Yrs.
Monthly Consolidated Remuneration : 15000/-
Qualification : Diploma / B.Pharm in Pharmacy

General Information and Instructions
• The service will be purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year and is a full-time role. The contract may be renewal subject to satisfactory performance. Any claim regarding the regularization of the position will not be entertained. TDS will be applicable as per Government rules and leave shall be availed according to the provision of the state government.
• Successful candidates will be required to execute the one-year contractual agreement. Their service will be guided by the present norms for medical officers and specialists under the National Health Mission (NHM).
• Employers may terminate this employment contract by giving one-month prior notice and terminate the services if the performance is not satisfactory.
• The employee will have to serve at least one year, no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• The Medical personnel will be responsible for all medical services needed at the workplace.
• Performance will be reviewed after three months of the contract. Successful completion of a probation period of three months is provisioned as a mandate to qualify for further service. In case of unsatisfactory performance during the probation period, the period can be extended by 1 to 3 months as per the progress mapped as per NHM guidelines.
• Candidates must have Medical Council of India (MCI) registration.
• The reservation policy of the Government of Jharkhand will be applicable, Candidates of Jharkhand State who are claiming reservation in their respective category (ST, SC, BC-I, BC-II) must submit the caste certificate in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority of Jharkhand state.
• If in near future, the government of Jharkhand or the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare of Jharkhand deploys Medical Doctors, specialists, and Facility Health Manager in the Chatra district in the above vacancy, the said post will be dissolved and end. Further, the contract will be terminated by the DMFT. As this vacancy is being floated to strengthen the health sector of the district.
• Salary and choice of posting will be non-negotiable. It would be pure consideration of the selection committee, Chatra. Selected candidates will be posted as per the requirement in any block as per the needs of the Chatra district.

Other Information for the Candidates
• Services under the Civil Surgeon, Chatra, are governed by the Act and the Rules & Regulations framed there under the Jharkhand State Government.

c. The last date for receipt of applications is 01.09.2025, till 05:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
f. Documents to be Attached (Self-attested copies):
• Matriculation certificate (as proof of age).
• All mark sheets and certificates from Matriculation onwards.
• MBBS degree certificate and valid registration with MCI/State Medical Council.
• Experience certificate(s), if applicable.
• Caste certificate (for reserved category candidates).
• Income certificate (for EWS categoiy candidates).
• Recent passport-size photograph (signed across).
• Aadhar Card.

3. Documents/certificates to be produced at the time of interview
The printout of the offline application form and all the following original documents/Certificates along with the self-attested copics to be produced at the time of the interview, failing which the candidate would not allow to appear in the interview process.
• All educational marks sheet (year wise) and Certificates (Matriculations, Intermediates, MBBS, PG/Diploma/Mastcr/MBA/MHA/BSc/Diploma/Spccialization certificates) as proof of educational qualification claimed.
• Proof of age (Matriculation certificate)
• Experience certificate
• Caste certificate
• Any other relevant certificate/ testimonial/ letter of recognition or, appreciation etc.

4. Hiring Process : Personnel Interview (100 marks)
• The date for the interview will be posted on the website on the district NIC portal and district DMFT portal.
• Applications need to bring the printout of the application form and all the original documents/certificates along with self-attested one-set copies are to be produced at the time of the interview, failing which the candidate would not be allowed to appear in the interview.
• Marks obtained in the interview will be the criteria on which the application will be selected.
