Candidates with oligonucleotide synthesis and analysis experience only will be considered.

Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Department : Oligonucleotides Synthesis - Discovery Solutions
Qualification : • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Strong technical skills in nucleic acid chemistry and purification.
Experience : 5 -10 Years
Work Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities :
• Synthesize oligonucleotides (siRNA, ASOs, aptamers) using:
• Phosphoramidite solid-phase synthesis
• Solution-phase synthesis
• Automated synthesizers
• Post-synthesis modifications (e.g., conjugation, labeling, annealing)
• Operate and troubleshoot synthesis platforms (e.g., MerMade, AKTA, HPLC systems).
• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, LC-MS, UV, andCE.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable delivery of oligonucleotide batches.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity.
• Follow lab safety and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project goals efficiently.

Scientific Manager / Senior Scientific Manager
Department : Oligonucleotides Synthesis - Discovery Solutions
Qualification : • Ph.D or Master’s degree in Oligonucleotides or Chemistry.
• Proven leadership in managing synthesis teams and delivering project goals.
• Strong expertise in nucleic acid chemistry, purification, and analytical techniques.
Experience : 5 -10 Years
Work Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities : • Oversee synthesis of siRNA, ASOs, aptamers using:
• Phosphoramidite solid-phase synthesis
• Solution-phase synthesis
• Automated synthesizers
• Post-synthesis modifications (e.g., conjugation, labeling, annealing)
• Ensure consistent delivery of oligonucleotides meeting project timelines, purity standards, and batch size requirements.
• Supervise analytical testing (HPLC, LC-MS, UV, CE); interpret complex data to support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot synthesis and analytical issues to maintain workflow efficiency and data quality.
• Lead and mentor chemists; manage resources and project schedules.
• Maintain documentation and uphold data integrity.
• Drive improvements in synthesis workflows and lab efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
