Post : Business Operations Manager

Looking for smart and analytical people, who are passionate about operations, to join the WWAS team at Amazon India. This program is designed for those candidates who thrive on driving change, building an organization and leading through others. Ideal candidates for this program are expected to leverage their strong analytical, communication, and thinking big skill. You will be instrumental in setting up Pharma process for WWAS team of Amazon.

Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or health or business-related field (e.g. Masters of Public Health, MBA, etc)
• 4+ years of relevant experience to Pharma / healthcare, in particular medical research institutions.
• Setting up of Pharma team with regular interactions with the stakeholder
• Identify and setup business related processes
• Leading process improvements/ root cause analysis
• Full accountability for meeting operational goals
• Strategic planning and forecasting
• Analyzing data and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement
• Leading cost reduction initiatives
• Bring in thought process while setting new SOPS and reporting mechanisms and set them up with high efficiency
• Should roll up sleeves and work with data at ease
• Passion for the Pharma industry – good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem. 
• Knowledge of Pharma provider applications, platforms, and data ecosystem, with ability to go deep on technical aspects to understand current and future customer needs
