Purpose of Job
Manufacturing Operations with expertise in Upstream & Downstream related operations.
Skill Required
1. Bioreactor / Fermenter operations
2. Media and Buffer preparations
3. Capable to handle Akta pilot and Akta process chromatography system
4. Knowledge of Ultrafiltration and Diafiltration operations
5. Packing and Unpacking of chromatography columns
6. Aseptic handling, Filtration of intermediates and drug substance.
Roles and Responsibilites
1. Upstream & Downstream purification operations
2. Work in Shift & Managing Shifts
3. Batch execution
4. Versed with change control/ Deviation / CAPA/Document issuance etc. QMS system
Qualification Required
Life Science Graduates (B.Tech)
Post Graduates (M.Sc./M.Tech)
Education Qualification : Life Science Graduates (B.Tech), Post Graduates (M.Sc / M.Tech) having 2-6 years of experience
