Applications are invited from aspiring candidates for filling up of various contract vacancies as shown in the table below for Yavatmal Civil Primary Health Center at Yavatmal under National Health Campaign, Excluding Taluka Health Officer, near Yavatmal Netaji Chowk during office hours. Also late received application (direct / by post) will not be considered.

Terms and Conditions
1. This appointment is in full contract form. Also, if the National Civil Health Mission Project is approved for the above post in 2021-22, it will be re-appointed for the next 11 months.
2. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post. Also no criminal case should be filed against the applicant.
3. Also list of eligible and ineligible candidates and other information will be posted on the notice board. The application should be made in the form given by the applicant and it should contain the following matters.
1. The application should include your name, position name, permanent residence address, telephone number, date of birth, all details of educational qualification - name of the course, name of the institution, name of the institution, year passed, percentage of marks, name of the government institution / hospital where the work is done. The name, duration, responsibility of the post and honorarium / salary as well as all other information should be mentioned.
2. SSC in the attestation with the application. H.Sc, Certificate & Certificate School Certificate, Degree / Diploma Certificate (full year) and Certificate, Post Graduate Degree Certificate & Certificate, Caste Certificate / Caste Validity Certificate, Aadhar Card 1 photo of passport size should be attached with the application.

4. Candidates will have to apply separately for different posts.
5. It will be necessary to attach a certified copy of the experience certificate of working in a government organization with the application.
6. On the day of advertisement, the maximum age limit for the post will be 38 years for the open category and 43 years for the backward class and the age limit for MBBM related posts will be 65 years.
7. The number of vacancies and honorarium may change.
8. As these posts are to be filled on contract basis, no allowance other than the combined honorarium will be applicable.
9. The advertisement mentioned is a campaign to implement the National Health Mission within the time frame keeping in view the need for recruitment of vacancies in case the required reserved category candidates are not available in sufficient quantity. In view of this, temporary contract appointment will be given to the eligible candidates in the open category selected from the waiting list for a period of 11 months and the appointment of the candidate selected from the open category will be canceled after receiving the candidate as per reservation.
10. Leave is allowed to contract officers / employees as per the provisions of National Rural Health Mission Rules.
11. The selection process will be of 100 marks.
1. Out of this 70 marks will be given proportionately based on the marks of the last year of the degree / degree.
2. Additional 10 marks will be awarded for post graduate degree holders.
3. 20 marks will be based on experience. 0 marks for less than one year experience, 4 marks for 1 year experience and maximum 4 marks for each year will be 20 marks. In case of experience, only experience under Government or National Rural Health Mission will be considered
4. The sum of all the above points will not be more than 100.
12. All certificates must be valid by the date the advertisement is published.
13. If the posts are sanctioned in the implementation plan for the year 2020-21, contract appointment order will be issued.
14. The power to suspend / cancel the recruitment process / to make changes in the recruitment process is reserved at the level of the taluka level selection committee. No claim can be made in this regard.
15. It is mandatory to attach the registration certificate from the same council for the above post.
16. Demand Drop (DD) of any Nationalized Bank of Rs.100 / - for Backward Class Candidate and Rs.150 / - for Open Category Candidate should be added in the name of Taluka Health Officer Yavatmal.
17. The entire selection process will be conducted in a transparent manner based on quality.
18. Preference will be given to local candidates.
