Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline, preferably Pharmacy background. 2 years’ experience in the field of Medical Information call center Experience in Lifecycle safety (Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Aggregate Reporting, Risk Management etc.) is a distinct asset.
Bilingual in English and Hindi language is required at a minimum Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.
