Position Summary:
The incumbent must demonstrate proven track record of hands-on work experience in using small laboratory animals (Mice & Rats) to perform PK/PD studies. Having hands on in disease model development (infectious/oncology/inflammation) and conducting ELISA assays is mandatory in addition to PK/PD. Preparation of scientific presentations and data interpretation is a plus and preferred.
Job requirements:
Handling and dosing of small laboratory animals like mice and rats. Participates in study planning, execution and results discussion. Development of disease models in rodents is required. Data collection, analysis using various statistical tools (eg prism) and communicates within the team. Scientific literature search and technical support to the pharmacology group for carrying out various project activities.
Educational Requirement:
M. Pharm in pharmacology or M.Sc, with 3-5 yrs of pharmaceutical/biotech industrial work experience is must. Having multitasking experience is plus and should have the ability to manage time effectively and able to perform different works under tight timelines. Good verbal and written communication skills are needed.
