Job Description
This is a leadership position that requires a combination of academic prowess and administrative skills, as also the networking competencies. Programme Director develops the programme & shall work in close coordination with the Dean of the School. Understand the emerging trend and opportunities, creative and innovative bent of mind. Should be technology savvy, an institution builder, motivator, should be able to handle the faculty and academic administration of the school. He/She will look after the student affairs & placement activities. We are looking for leaders who can develop and also deliver on the ground.
Candidate Profile
The incumbent should have a Ph.D. in Pharm Technology/Management OR a post-graduation in Management with Bachelors in Pharmacy from a reputed University/Institute with atleast 15 years of Academic and Administrative experience in the relevant field. The candidate should be either at a Professor’s level in a premier institution/college. OR He/She should have extensive knowledge & experience of 15-20 yrs in Pharma Industry and should have worked at Senior Management Level. Should have strong linkages & network with the industry & academics. Should be well acquainted with the various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies as well as the procedures.
