Post: ZBM - WEST & SOUTH (ONCOLOGY SBU)
Role
• To ensure the performance culture with the set organization values across the team / zone.
• Responsible to achieve the set quantitative objectives of the zone by ensuring the implementation of strategies and using the inputs to maximize the outcome.
• Responsible to build a set of KOLs in the zone and develop a good business, relationship.
• Responsible for recruitment, selection, retention and development of the Teammates reporting to him.
• Working on KOL’s to increase the overall Market Share of the BU in respective therapy.
• Responsible to set up stretch and challenging goals for the Field Force in Zone to ensure high level of motivation.
• Responsible for maintaining a database of prospective candidates meeting our selection criteria
Relevant Experience: 1- 2 years as an ZBM from same domain, 1- 2 years as an RBM from same domain 1- 2 years as an ZBM / RBM from non-domain in any fast growing company with specialty segment,'. mandatory to have exposure in Oncology Product.
Qualification: B. Pharmacy / B.Sc. / MBA / Non-Science Graduate-with Pharmaceutical experience
Age: 32 - 45 years
