Position for JRF in DAE-BRNS Project in Mody University of Science and Technology

The Mody University of Science and Technology was established in the year 1998 by Shri. R.P.Mody. He is a true visionary who took an idea ahead of his time and founded Mody University exclusively for girls. His philanthropic attributes, operated in terms of social and psychological promotion of the women community, led him to impart his proposed vision through practical infrastructure.
The institution instils the thought that is fully capable of orienting knowledge and information in a scientific manner in the minds of the common mass. This acts as a boon towards the development of a 21st century perspective of the knowledge acquisition process implemented within the university.

Walk-in-interview will be conducted in the office of Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), on August 8, 2014 at 11.00 am to select one JRF in DAE-BRNS sponsored research project entitled ‘Design and Synthesis of Nanoparticle-Liposomal Smart hybrids for targeted and controlled release of drugs’.

The tenure of the project is up to 31^st March 2015 and may be extendable for one more year subject to the approval of BRNS. The selected candidate will be paid fellowship of Rs 16,000 per month and HRA as per BRNS. The candidate must have Master’s degree in Nano Science & Technology/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology with at least 55% marks in the subject concerned. The candidate must have experience in the field of spectroscopy and should have some previous knowledge of project related to nano science & technology at masters level.

However, NET/LS/GATE qualified candidates will be preferred. The candidate must bring all original documents along with one set of attested copies and a copy of latest bio-data. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
