Job Description
This position will assume responsibility for the preparation, maintenance  and tracking of Global Safety Agreements.  
Manages, prepares, maintains and reviews Safety Data Exchange  Agreements (SDEAs) and other Third-Party Agreements (e.g. vendor,  intercompany agreements)  
- Enter agreement data and perform Quality Control in the Global Agreements Tracking tool  
- Supports internal and external partners related to agreement matters  
- Acts as contact point for business partners, other departments, third-party  provider(s) and authorities regarding agreements  
- Assists in the development and maintenance of agreement related standard  operating procedures (SOPs), working instructions (WIs), templates and  trackers  
• Supports additional activities related to third-party relationships, agreements and back-up for other GPRM related tasks  
• Direct reporting to Global Agreements Lead 
• Responsible for Agreements in all regions globally

Candidate Profile
• Nurse or Pharmacist or other Health Science Degree preferred
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance required, 2 years' experience preferred
• Experience in safety agreement preparation or regulatory affairs desired
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within the team
