Pursuant to Administrative Sanction Order No. 250199368108 dated 11.08.2025—issued by the Office of the Collector under the District Mineral Fund (DMF) head—a "Walk-in Interview" is being organized for contractual recruitment to the following sanctioned posts, aimed at strengthening health services at the District and Block levels. The event is scheduled to be held at the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Rajnandgaon (located opposite the Gurudwara). Interested and eligible candidates are cordially invited.

Salary : Rs. 14,000/-
Essential Educational Qualifications : Degree or Diploma course in Pharmacy, along with valid registration with the Paramedical Council
Essential Guidelines
1. Applicants may download the application form format from the district website : rajnandgaon.nic.in.
2. Incomplete or erroneously filled application forms will be rejected and will not be included in the selection process.
3. At the time of the Walk-in Interview, applicants must submit their application in the prescribed format, accompanied by the following documents—both in original and as attested photocopies (one set):
a. Photocopies of mark sheets for all academic years pertaining to educational qualifications.
b. Photocopy of a valid registration certificate from the Medical Council.
c. Photocopy of a Caste Verification Certificate issued by a competent authority.
d. Experience Certificate(s).
e. Latest passport-sized color photograph.
f. Mark sheet of Class 10th (for verification of age).
4. Age Limit : For all posts, as of 01/01/2026, the minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age limit shall be as prescribed by the government.
5. Experience Certificate
A. For posts where experience is a requirement, experience certificates issued solely by government institutions, public sector institutions, government-aided institutions (e.g., SHRC), or government undertakings shall be considered valid. An experience certificate shall be deemed invalid if it fails to clearly specify the duration of the experience or lacks an official outgoing/dispatch number. Furthermore, experience points shall be awarded only on the basis of experience acquired after the completion of the requisite educational qualifications. For the purpose of calculating experience points, credit for one full year shall be granted only upon the completion of 12 months of continuous service in a single position within a single institution. Experience of less than 12 months shall not be considered for the calculation of points.
B. Experience shall be considered valid only if it is directly relevant to the advertised post; in the event of any dispute regarding this matter, the Selection Committee reserves the sole and final authority to decide.
C. It is mandatory to attach a copy of the employer's appointment order along with the experience certificate. Without this attachment, experience points shall not be calculated.
D. Points for experience gained by working in government, semi-government, or government-aided institutions shall be awarded at the rate of 02 points per year, up to a maximum total of 10 points.
E. In accordance with Order No. F 1-67/2021/XVII-1, dated 07.12.2021, issued by the Under Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Health and Family Welfare (Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar), temporary health workers who were appointed to government health institutions within the State of Chhattisgarh during the global COVID-19 pandemic and who rendered continuous service for a period of at least 06 months shall be granted a benefit of up to 10 bonus points.
F. The benefit of bonus points for work performed during the COVID-19 pandemic shall be extended exclusively to those candidates who have attached a copy of their appointment order for the COVID-19 assignment, along with an experience certificate issued by a competent authority or the appointing authority.
6. The selection process for the posts of Pharmacist and Medical Lab Technologist is as follows:
> 90% weightage assigned to the marks obtained in the mandatory educational qualifications.
> A maximum of 10 marks allotted for experience.
7. A consolidated, lump-sum monthly contractual salary shall be payable during the period of contractual service.
8. Employees appointed on a contractual basis shall not be eligible for any form of pension, gratuity, death benefits, etc., for the duration of the contract period.
9. The contractual appointment shall be for a period of one year.
10. Selected candidates shall be governed by the Chhattisgarh Government's Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965, and the Contractual Recruitment Rules, 2012.
11. Selected candidates are required to perform their duties by establishing their headquarters at the designated place of posting; in the event of any violation, their services may be terminated immediately.
12. The aforementioned contractual post shall be non-transferable, and it is mandatory to report for duty at the designated place of posting as specified in the appointment order. In the event that a selected candidate fails to report for duty at the designated time and place of posting, their appointment shall stand automatically cancelled.
13. As per Circular No. F 20-4/2014/A.P./1-3 dated 27.09.2004, issued by the General Administration Department of the Government of Chhattisgarh (New Raipur), only candidates with OL, OA, or HH disabilities shall be eligible for reservation benefits.
14. Waiting List: A category-wise waiting list shall also be issued for the aforementioned post; the validity of this list shall extend for a period of one year from the date of issuance or until the post is filled, whichever occurs earlier.
15. Candidates appointed on a contractual basis shall discharge all duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the Controlling Officer or the Head of the Institution. Failure to discharge assigned duties, or any violation thereof, shall result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment.
16. Appointed candidates shall be required to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the District Medical Board either at the time of assuming charge of the post or within one month thereafter.
17. The appointment may be terminated at any time by either party (the employer or the employee) upon providing one month's prior notice or by making a payment equivalent to one month's salary in lieu thereof.
18. The constituted Selection Committee shall reserve the sole and final authority to make decisions regarding any disputes or issues arising during the recruitment process. Such decisions shall be binding upon all applicants.
19. Information pertaining to applications for the aforementioned posts—including details regarding eligibility/ineligibility, selection status, or other relevant updates—may be downloaded from the district website, www.rajnandgaon.nic.in, or viewed on the Notice Board located at the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Rajnandgaon. No separate individual intimation shall be sent to the candidates.
