An advertisement is hereby published for the recruitment of district-level contractual vacant posts under the National Health Mission (NHM), in accordance with the district's approved R.O.P. (Record of Proceedings) for the financial year 2025-26, and pursuant to the guidelines stipulated in the Human Resource Policy 2018. Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the 'Walk-in' selection process at the designated date, time, and venue as per the provided schedule.

No of post : 01 (UR-01)
Salary : Rs.16,500
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council.
Age Limit :
1. For contractual recruitment, the minimum age shall be 18 years. The maximum age limit shall be 70 years for medical positions and 64 years for managerial positions.
2. Age shall be calculated as of January 01, 2026 (the commencement date of the contract year).
Contract Duration and Terms
1. The duration of the contractual service shall be from the date of appointment until March 31, 2027. The continuity of the contractual service for employees/officers shall be determined annually based on a recommendation following their annual performance evaluation.
2. During the contractual service period, a consolidated monthly honorarium or other amounts, as stipulated in the applicable ROP (Rules of Pay), shall be payable. Apart from this, no other type of allowance or facility shall be admissible.
Guidelines for Application
1. This post is purely contractual in nature. Regarding this contractual recruitment, provisions for reservation and other terms and conditions shall be applicable in accordance with the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
2. It is mandatory for the candidate to be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. At the time of document verification, the candidate must submit a Local Resident Certificate of the concerned district, issued by a competent authority.
3. Merely submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Original certificates will be verified prior to the issuance of the final selection list. Further proceedings regarding selection will be initiated only if the documents are found to be authentic and correct.
4. Candidates interested in applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each specific post.
5. For the aforementioned advertised posts, work experience gained only in Government institutions, Semi-Government institutions, or Government-funded institutions will be considered valid. It is mandatory that the work experience be in a relevant field or of a similar nature to the duties of the applied post. Any work experience certificate containing overwriting or errors of any kind will be deemed invalid.
5.1 For work experience relevant to the applied post, 02 marks shall be awarded per year (up to a maximum of 10 marks for 05 years). Furthermore, officers/employees currently working under the National Health Mission shall be awarded 03 marks per year for relevant work experience (up to a maximum of 15 marks for 05 years).
5.2 Based on the recommendations of the committee constituted vide Order No. F 9-33/2021/1/5 dated 17.09.2021 by the General Administration Department, Chhattisgarh... In accordance with the decision of the State Government, temporary health workers who rendered service for a period of six months or more in government health institutions within the State of Chhattisgarh during the global COVID-19 pandemic shall be granted the benefit of 10 bonus marks for selection to Class III and Class IV posts within the Department.
6. Employees working in government/semi-government/private institutions will be required to submit a no-objection certificate from the employer of the respective institution.
7. Changes in notified vacancies may be made for administrative reasons. The number of posts may be increased/decreased, or the advertisement may be cancelled.
8. If any information provided by an applicant is found to be false after selection, the appointment will be immediately cancelled and legal action may be taken against the applicant.
9. Verification of certificates will be conducted at the district headquarters as required. Candidates will not be charged any expenses for attending the same.
10. It is mandatory to fulfill all educational and other qualifications on the date of advertisement, otherwise the application will not be considered.
11. In the above recruitment process, the District Level Selection Committee will have the right to disqualify the applicants based on their eligibility.
12. Incomplete applications will not be considered, for which the applicant will be responsible.
Selection Process
1. Based on merit and the number of vacancies among the applications received, candidates shall be called for document verification, a written examination, a skill test, and/or an interview—depending on the specific post—in accordance with the numbers specified in the table below:

2. On the day of the Walk-in Selection, it is mandatory for candidates to appear with the prescribed application form, their original documents, and one self-attested photocopy of all documents. (The application form format is attached to this advertisement.)
8th Grade Mark Sheet (Applicable only for Class IV posts and as proof of Date of Birth).
10th Grade Mark Sheet (As proof of Date of Birth).
12th Grade Mark Sheet.
Mark sheets for each year of the prescribed minimum educational qualification.
Mark sheets for the prescribed desirable educational qualification (if applicable).
A valid registration certificate from the C.G. (Chhattisgarh) Council is mandatory for attachment for those posts where it is applicable.
Permanent Disability Certificate issued in the prescribed format by the District Medical Board.
Valid Caste Certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
A Local Domicile Certificate of Chhattisgarh State.
A Work Experience Certificate related to the relevant field (if any); please note that an experience certificate shall be deemed invalid if the duration of the experience is not clearly specified therein.
Proof of Identity (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, etc.).
3. Failure to submit all the aforementioned documents, or if any document is found to be false or forged at any stage—whether during the verification process, during the examination/selection process, or even after appointment—the candidate's appointment shall be liable to be cancelled/invalidated.
For walk-in interviews, the following schedule shall be adhered to on all days
09:00 AM to 11:00 AM ; Registration and Document Verification ; Applications received after the stipulated time period will not be considered.
11:00 AM to 02:00 PM ; Scrutiny of Received Applications ; Following the scrutiny of received applications, the list of eligible/ineligible candidates will be published on the notice board of the examination center.
02:00 PM to 03:00 PM ; Invitation for Claims and Objections ; Applications received after the stipulated time period will not be considered.
03:00 PM to 04:00 PM ; Resolution of Claims and Objections ; Following the resolution of claims and objections, the list of eligible/ineligible candidates—specifically those eligible for the examination—will be published on the notice board of the examination center.
04:30 PM to 05:30 PM ; Written Examination / Interview ; The written examination/interview will be conducted at the examination center.
