Post : Research Position
Project Research Scientist – III (Scientist C)- (One Position)
Essential Qualification :
• A post-graduate degree in life sciences with at least 5 years of work experience in a reputed research laboratory OR a PhD in a related area
• Experience in independently using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (including method development)
Desirable Qualification : • Industry experience, particularly in pharma/diagnostics
• Publication (as first or corresponding author) in high impact journals
Job Description : • To independently handle the routine functioning of the research laboratory. This includes maintenance, logistics, and routine care of the laboratory)
• Be responsible for assisting clinician’s in their projects
• To assist and contribute meaningfully in all phases of the research
• To independently write grants and to assist clinicians in the same
• To oversee data collection, performing statistical analysis, and ensuring integrity of research data
• To develop SOPs for the laboratory and to ensure adherence to the same
• Mentoring and supervision of junior scientists/laboratory technicians

Job Description :
• Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the laboratory
• Management of data (ensuring integrity of data, entering the data, and ensuring data privacy)
• Assisting the lab-in-charge in ensuring smooth functioning of the laboratory (adherence to SOP, monitoring of logistics etc.)
• Assisting the scientists and PIs of projects in all phases of their research

Lab Technician (Two Position) (One Position)
Essential Qualification : • 12th pass in Science subjects with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/MLT) or equivalent with minimum five years of experience in a relevant laboratory/research field OR
• Three-year graduate degree in Life Sciences / Medical Laboratory Technology / Biotechnology / Microbiology or related subject with minimum two years of experience in laboratory work
Desirable Qualification :
• Experience in molecular biology techniques (PCR, ELISA, DNA/RNA extraction)
• Experience in sample processing, storage and biobank management
• Experience working in clinical research projects or diagnostic laboratories
• Knowledge of biosafety procedures and laboratory documentation
Job Description :
• Collection, processing and storage of biological samples (blood, serum, plasma, etc.)
• Performing routine laboratory assays and assisting in molecular/biochemical experiments
• Maintaining laboratory records, sample inventory and equipment logs
• Ensuring compliance with biosafety and quality control protocols
• Assisting investigators in research activities and laboratory data documentation
• Coordination with clinical teams for sample collection and transport
