Specialist - SIT (Engineering) - Site Investigations
Education & Experience : 6-8 years ; B-Tech (Mechanical) / B.Pharm
Skills : • Leading technical investigations, performing Root Cause Analysis for deviations, and defending CAPA strategies during regulatory audits.
• Responsible for overseeing the investigation of incidents from the outset, collaborating closely with Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members to identify root causes, corrective actions (CA), preventive actions (PA), and preparing comprehensive reports.
Team Member - Blister Packing
Education & Experience : 5-8 Year ; Diploma-Engineering
Skills : • Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining CAM nMX Blister Packing Machine as per approved SOPs and BMR/BPR.
• Set up, changeover, and monitor blister packing equipment to ensure smooth operation
Team Member - Engineering (Process Instrumentation)
Education & Experience : 6-10 Years ; Diploma / B-Tech (Instrumentation)
Skills : • Experience in Instrumentation Packing & Process Area for Oral Solid dosage
• Should have hands on experience on PLC/HMI/IPC's/SCADA/Serialization
• Should Have exposure on equipment like R0MAC0 & FETTE Compression, GFB pro 30, GLATT & ACG Tablet coater,
ACG Blister packing machine, IMA Bottle packing machine, JACKSON online conveyor/ Bulk2D, Liquid filling & Ointment Line
Team Member - Engineering (Process Mechanical)
Education & Experience : 4-8 Years ; Diploma / B- Tech Mechanical
Skills : • Should have experience in OSD process equipment maintenance
• Knowledge on Granulation, compression, capsulation and coating process
• Hands on experience in ensuring equipment reliability by TPM
• Basic skills on performing RCA and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance of equipment's like RMD, FBD, Wruster, Fette compression, ACG pam capsule filling, ACG coating
Work Location : Pydibhimavaram
Should have minimum 60% throughout the education
Only from OSD background will be considered
