REQUIREMENTS
• Master's or PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology or a related discipline, with 8–12 years' experience in immunogenicity
• Lead the conceptualisation, development, validation and oversight of immunogenicity assays
• Supervise laboratory activities and train technical teams
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements, global regulatory standards, including NABL, FDA, TGA, MHRA and BIS
• Prepare and review protocols, reports, SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, OOS and OOT results, and audit documentation
• Participate in internal and external audits and management reviews
• Manage stakeholder and client communication
• Support business growth through new service offerings and proposals.
