1) Educational Qualifications, Experience, Pay Scales etc. applicable for the post is as per the norms specified by AICTE/PCI/COA, Govt, of Maharashtra & Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Teclmological University, Lonere, Raigad & as modified from time to time.

3) In case of the post of principal, the appointment is on tenure basis for a period of five years or date of superannuation which ever may be earlier, and may be extended by one more year
