Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer, ACTREC, is a unique Institute under the wing of Tata Memorial Centre and a grant-in-aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy. ACTREC conducts a PhD program in Life Sciences that is affiliated with the Homi Bhabha National Institute (a deemed university under category A by MHRD, Govt. of India). Fulfilling its ‘bench-to- bedside’ mandate, the Institute provides a highly conducive environment for world-class cancer research.
Post : Scientific Officer
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. / M.Tech (Zoology / Medical or Human Genetics / Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Botany / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Applied Biology/Cytogenetics). Candidates should have minimum six months experience in Cytogenetics
Age : Upto 30 years (may be relaxed on experience basis)
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 30,000/- p.m. to Rs. 40,000/- p.m. (on the basis of experience over and above the specified eligibility criteria)
Duration : 6 months (Extendable as per requirement)
