Post : Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) – One Post

Applications are invited from young and motivated candidates for the post of one Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) in ICMR funded project " ERR-γ as a biomarker and therapeutic target for lung Cancer and to investigate the synergetic anti-tumor effect of DN200434 (ERRγ inverse agonist) and MK2206 (Akt inhibitor) in lung cancer in vivo.

Duration : 2 years

Salary : As per ICMR norm

Eligibility : First Class in M.Sc. or PhD Life sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Genetics / Zoology / Toxicology / and other allied Sciences

Desirable Qualifications : Candidates who have cleared National Exams like UGC, NET, CSIR, DBT, ICMR exams will have added advantage (not mandatory). Hands on experience of animal cell culture, drug delivery in in vitro and in vivo mice model, molecular biology and biochemical techniques, Flow cytometry, PCR, IHC and immunoblotting etc.

• Initial recruitment will be for 3 months. On the basis of progress monitored by PI, recruitment will be renewed or terminated.
