Job Description
1. Optimization of Mammalian (CHO) cell line development protocols
2. Establishment of clones for Biotherapeutic molecules (Mabs, fusion proteins etc.) using CHO expression platform and evaluation in fed batch/AMBR studies
3. Establishment of stable clones with high productivities
4. Estabishment of cell banks for the selected clones
5. Write protocols/SDPs for the Molecular biology/Cell line development techniques employed
6. Generate reports for the cell line development and cell banks establishment
