Important instructions
1. The above space is only subject to 3 month fixed payroll. There will be no permanent right.
2. Applicant must download the prescribed form and submit the required signature and submit it online within the stipulated time limit.
3. Candidates must also include certified copies of educational qualification, age and experience certificates along with the application.
4. Registration of the Council will be mandated by the candidates of the Female Health Worker, Staffers and Pharmacists, and should be renewed during the application period.
5. Offer letter or appointment letter as a certificate of experience is considered invalid. However, if there is evidence of the salary or promotion letter issued by the institution from time to time or any other evidence which is deemed to be relevant, then it will be valid only after verification.
6. School leaving certificate or birth date certificate will be valid as proof of age. The deadline, special qualification, additional qualification, experience etc. should be taken into account in the case of all the candidates.
