Job Responsibilities
• Primarily working under the supervision of Lead Investigator/ Senior Associate Scientist in In-Vivo lab. Will conduct in vivo animal studies/ Pharmacology in area of Oncology/ Immuno-Oncology
• Capable of developing new models in the department.
• Will perform primarily variety of functions including but not limited to: Dosing/tumor cells & fragment implant as applicable, Tumor measurement, passaging & tissue collection for PD /bleeding for Pk etc.
• Mammalian cell culture especially mouse and human cell line handling, passaging/cell line processing for implant in immunocompromised/Immunocompetent mice data acquisition / analysis with statistics and making presentation in Graphpad and Animal protocol/SOP writing etc.
• Capable of analytical in thinking and work with a quality approach. Maintain timely and accurate electronic note book.
• Follow all EHS laboratory safety standards and compliance requirement
Candidate Profile
Masters (M.Sc./M.Pharm./M.V.Sc with 2-5 years of experience from reputed universities/pharma companies
Skills :
Animal dosing/tumor cells & fragment implant ,Tumor measurement, passaging & tissue collection / bleeding /Cell culture maintenance and handling of multiple cell lines in large scale, primary culture of cells. Well-versed in GraphPad Prism.
