Job Description
Position Summary

Known for its scientific and operational excellence, Regeneron is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. Regeneron commercializes medicines for eye diseases, high LDL-cholesterol, atopic dermatitis and a rare inflammatory condition and has product candidates in development in other areas of high unmet medical need, including rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, pain, cancer and infectious diseases.

Duties:
In order to characterize new and existing VelocImmune Next mouse models and screen antibodies in vitro, successful candidate need to:
- Properly handle and care for mice, perform general immunization and surgical techniques, and collect blood and tissue samples. - Utilize in vitro system, including cell culture (both primary cells and established cell lines)
- Some experience with molecular biology such as PCR, basic cloning, and mammalian cell transfections are preferred.
- Be familiar with assays such as ELISA, ELISPOT, and Western blotting.
- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry is a big plus.
- Critically analyze data; use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; make suggestions leading to potential improvements; design new experiments.
- Analyze data using biological and statistical softwares, such as Flowjo, MacVector, Sequencher, Prism, etc and generate experimental reports.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree is a minimum, with 2-5 years research lab experience.
Candidate should be proficient in Immunology principles and technologies applied to mouse immunology
Candidate should have a solid understanding of genetics and molecular biology. Experience in wet-lab molecular biology, cell culture and cell based immunoassays.
