Job Description

Heading team of analyst/chemist performing method development, validation, support of formulation development, GMP release, and stability
Responsible for planning and managing departmental budget and project costing
Validating and auditing third party analytical testing labs, including manufacturing site
Ensuring and maintaining a US-FDA compliance in GLP analytical lab, safety requirements
Conducting extractable-leachable studies and providing support to set up specification
Reviewing vendor DMF and providing scientific rational on choice of vendors
Providing data in a timely manner and providing scientific justification of benefits
Interacting with clients meeting timeline and providing solutions to problem / challenges faced
Responsible for technology transfer all formulation projects from development to GMP manufacturing sites
Ensuring all activities are conducted with quality system in mind. Ensuring data integrity and traceability of all data generate.

Candidate Profile
MSc. / M.Pharm & Ph.D (preferably Analytical Chemistry) with 10+ years (Post Doc preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in leading of Analysts (CRAM setup) for Europe and US-project based pharmaceutical companies.
Must have experience different dosage forms, mainly Injectables -Aqueous, non aqueous, lyophilized and ophthalmic under GLP set up.
