Job Description
The Analytics and Reporting Consultant supports the team through development and presentation of reporting and analytics using a variety of data sources. He/she also serve as analytics consultant for different level projects.
Specific Measurements of Performance:
• Support of operational goals (timeliness and quality)
• Execution of assigned projects (timeliness and quality)
• Demonstrated advancement of domain expertise (technical, healthcare)
Required Qualifications:
• Master/Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Statistics (Master's/Bachelor's degree in Statistics)
• Experience in Statistical analysis using: SQL, SAS, R, Python
• Experience in data mining - Logistic/Linear Regression, Predictive Modelling using Machine learning algorithms: Random Forest, SVM, Neural Network
• Experience in Risk Modelling
• Advanced Predictive model capabilities
• Strong facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master/Graduate degree in related field
• Experience in Risk Modelling in Healthcare Insurance
• Experience in NLP
• Experience with health plan medical claims
• Medicare experience
• Experience integrating with Microsoft SharePoint
