Job Description
1. Prescription reading:
• Accuracy in reading prescription & dispensing of medicine.
2.Customer Engagement:
• Clinical scrutiny of the prescription and counseling patients on usage of right medicine, consuming right dosage, right method of administration, cold chain management etc.
• Screening of symptomatic and asymptomatic customers and suggest them for diagnosis.
3. Services:
• Inform the customer about the services offered by MHP.
• Checking the BP values of Cardiac customer, advice the customer appropriately.
• Checking the Sugar values of Diabetic customer, advice appropriately.
• Giving Nebulization services to Asthmatic customer
4. Follow-up
• Focused tracking on consumption of medicines of customers and follow-up according to their replenishment schedule (Ensure enhancement of sales by atleast 10% per month thru’ follow-ups).
• Upon customer order, adhere to delivery time committed to customers.
5. Picking & Dispensing:
• Picking of appropriate / right medicine and dispensing of medicine.
6. Segregation:
• Verification of replenishment & Sales Order medicine & segregation of medicine appropriately in right bins.
7. Daily audit:
• Daily audit of physical availability of medicine against System availability.
8. Billing:
• Meticulously billing of all the medicines dispensed.
9.Follow-up:
• Daily follow-up call of regular customer, high value customer, missed customer, to make the customer adhere to chronic therapy.
10.Cash Management:
• Hand over and tally cash generated thru sales to next shift pharmacist.

11. Bounces:
• Meticulous capturing the bounces.
12.Sales order:
• Order taken from customer for non-availability of medicine in pharmacy.
• Ensure delivery of medicine as early as possible as per customer urgency.
• Coordinate with store members and ensure seamless delivery of sales order.
• Sales order returns to warehouse if delivery time exceeds 72 hours.

Candidate Profile
Should be a qualified B-Pharmacy Graduate Accuracy in communicating Fluency in conveying the customer
