Online Applications are invited from eligible persons before 7 P.M. on 13.04.2018 for appointment to Various posts to Rangareddy District for limited recruitment for backlog vacancies earmarked for persons with Disabilities as shown below.

Note:
1) if sufficient number of candidates with Telugu Typewriting qualification are not available for appointment as Typist, candidates with English Typewriting qualification may be appointed subject to the condition that he/she should acquire Telugu Typewriting qualification within the period of probation on pain of postponement of increment without cumulative effect.
2. All the Candidates are advised to file separate applications for every post they such to apply for. If a candidate wisher to apply both the posts of Typist & Jr. Assistant, he must file two separate independent applications online.
3. Age: The applicant's should have minimum (18) years of age and Maximum 54 Years as on 01.07.2018 (G.O.Ms.No.l90,GADF (S-A)Dept., Dt:08.08.2017).
4. The disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board formed as per (G.O.Ms.No.31, WDCW/WD, Dept., Dated: 01.02.2008) should be enclosed to the application.

5. Method of Recruitment
5.1. Selection will be made for category A posts on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying academic examination (as mentioned above) for the limited recruitment of backlog vacancies of Person with disability as per (G.O. Ms. No. 74, General Administration (Services. A), Dt. 14.02.2007).
5.2. Selection will be made for category B posts as per instruction issued by Director, Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizens, Hyderabad vide Memo.No. C2/2749/2009, Dt: 25.07.2011. Among all the eligible candidates, who have the requisite qualification, selection will be based on the scores obtained on the following parameters.

1. Maximum Marks allotted for age : 15
2. Maximum marks allotted for percentage of disability : 30
3. Marks for multiple disabilities - 2(1/2)
4. Marks for those who have more than one Disabled in a family : 2(1/2)

6. Disabled candidates applying for any of the posts notified above should invariably enclose authenticated proof of each of the above parameters to each of the Post/category separately. If the applicant fails to produce any of the above mandatory certificates, his candidature can be rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained in the matter.
7. As per G.O.Ms.No.56, WDCW&DW Dept.Dt.02.12.2002 if all relevant factors governing recruitment are equal, preference in employment shall be given to the disabled person having higher degree of disability.
8. The genuineness of the medical certificate will be verified and in the case of ambiguity or doubts; the same shall be referred to the Appellate Medical Board as per the instructions of the Government.
9. As per G.O.Ms.No.104, General Administration (SPF.A) Dept., Dt.24.03.2000 in case where visually handicapped and hearing handicapped persons studied in the Special Schools meant for them, the native place of the parents of such visually handicapped and hearing handicapped persons shall be taken as the basis for determining the local cadre.
10. Selection of an applicant by the competent authority carries no guarantee of actual appointment.

11. The following are the important instructions to the Candidates to comply with.
11.1 Application should be submitted online and upload documents i.e., Nativity Certificate, Bonafide Certificate, Disability Certificate, requisite marks memo, parents nativity evidence as informed above. Failure to submit any of the above documents would lead the rejection without any intimation.
11.2 To check local candidate in relation to local area means a person who studied in an educational institution in such local area for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years in which he /she applied or as the case may be first appeared for SSC or equivalent examination or when during the whole or any part of the four consecutive academic years in which he appeared for SSC or equivalent examination, he/ she has not studied in any educational institution, if he/ she reside in the local area for a period of not less than four years immediately preceding the date of commencement of SSC or equivalent examination in which he appeared or first appeared as the case may be.
11.3 In reckoning the consecutive academic years during which a candidate has studied in any period of interruption of his study by reason of his failure to pass any examination shall be disregarded.
11.4 All correspondence will be made to the address in the application only. The requests for change of address will not be entertained.
11.5 Candidates claiming to have rendered regular Govt, services or claim to have worked in Census Dept, and retrenched will not be eligible for the concession allowed if evidence is not produced in support their claim.
11.6 Non production of residential proof certificate or bonafide certificate by any disabled candidate will be treated as Non local candidate.
11.7 Separate applications for each of the above vacant posts along with all the required documents should be submitted.
11.8 All the above mentioned posts are declared and notified as Local posts only.
