UPSTREAM MANUFACTURING
Qualification:
M.Sc./M.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology)
Experience Range: 2 to 6 years
Skill set required:
> Expertise in Upstream manufacturing process for recombinant proteins from Microbial culture (E. Coli expression systems).
> Strong Hands on experience with Fermentation skills, CJP & SIP.
> Exposure to handle Bio-similar proteins projects in cGMP area.
> Sound knowledge and awareness of GMP controls .Quality systems and regulatory aspects.
> Experience in CAPA and change management.
> Experience on the Equipment Qualification and commission
DOWNSTREAM MANUFACTURING
Qualification:
B.Tech /M.Tech/M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Bioengineering/Chemical engineering)
Experience Range: 2 to 6 years
Skill set required:
> Expertise in purification of recombinant proteins (microbial cell based systems- E.Coli) at large scale.
> Experience in handling downstream process equipments such as continuous centrifuge, depth filtration .chromatography system, column chromatography, column packing and filtration skids.
> Experience in writing GMP documents such as batch manufacturing records, tech transfer document, batch reports, batch trending and analysis, operating procedure, deviation reports and other related documents.
