National Seminar On TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES & THEIR IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENT in PCE - APRIL 22, 2014

Poornima College of Engineering (PCE) was established In the year 2000. There are seven B.Tech courses (CSE, ECE, EE, EIC, IT, ME & CIVIL), along with two M.Tech courses (CS & VLSI). In a span of thirteen years PCE has added many feathers In Its cap and has emerged as he top notch destination for echnlcal education In Rajasthan.

ABOUT ISST
The organization aims at undertaking, aiding, co-coordinating and promoting Research and Development. It provides academic and professional guidance, advice and consultancy in the field of Basic Education, Higher Education as well as in the Technical Education Research. Apart from this, ISST collaborates with other National & International institutions, organizations and associations for more efficient functioning and fulfillment of its aims. To achieve the objectives we take-up the following activities and methodologies:
To promote research and documentation in multifarious subjects of Science, Engineering Technology and Management. To organize Lectures, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Training Programs and Audio-visual programs for the students, academicians and working professionals. To publish quality Journals, Books for the disseminating of knowledge regarding these subjects. To bestow honorary memberships, prizes and awards to recognize people who have made exceptionally notable and distinguished contributions in their respective fields.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR
- To create awareness and enrich the delegates about the present scenario of environment.
- To interact on the various aspects of the causes, status and solutions to the dilemma of environmental degradation.
- To focus on successful industrial practices in Environmental pollution management.
- To guide the common people towards an improved understanding of the impacts caused due to environmental pollution
- To impart thrust towards the interdisciplinary strategies and adding more teeth to the inquisitive nature of the participants for identifying new research opportunities in probing and solving the wide range of day-to-day environmental problems encountered in nature.
- Awareness in users to a wide range of techniques, viz. simple to broad, related to conservation of natural resources in day-to-day life

At least one of the author of reviewed and accepted paper is required to register for presenting the paper in the seminar. The paper without registration will not appear in the proceeding. The registration may be confirmed on the receipt of duly signed registration form along with Demand draft for registration fees, in favor of “Poornima College of Engineering”, payable at Jaipur. The registered out station delegates may be provided, on request, boarding and lodging in students hostels on nominal charges.

All papers will be reviewed by the experts in relevant areas and reviews will be forwarded to the authors.
