About the University
(University Established by M.P. About the Seminar
A radiopharmaceutical is a preparation for in-vivo use that contains a radionuclide in the form of a simple salt or a complex that is used for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, in medical practice. After realizing the tremendous impact of radiopharmaceuticals and to provide the right platform to unveil the novel frontiers in radiopharmaceutical this seminar is planned. It is a competitive subject in the global scenario, to provide proper direction and to channelize regulatory and clinical aspects of radiopharmaceuticals. The seminar will address the basic science and clinical aspects of radiopharmaceutical therapy, as well as discuss the relevant economic aspects and the industry perception of this branch of nuclear medicine.

Objectives
Over the past three decades, the discipline of nuclear pharmacy or radio - pharmacy has become highly specialized and contributed positively to the practice of nuclear medicine. The national seminar is aimed to discuss the appplicatioins of particle-emitting radioisotopes attached to tissue-targeting radiopharmaceutical agents for use as unsealed therapeutic sources amongst varied range of participants including eminent speakers, Industrialist, renowned scientist, young researchers and students. The pharmaceutical specialties is focused basically on the safe and effective use of radioactive drugs or radiopharmaceuticals.

• Quality control of radiopharmaceuticals
• Quality assurance
• Inspections and audit
• Qualifications and validation in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing
• The packaging details of unit and multiple dosage preparation and "Cold Sterilization".

CALL FOR PAPERS
Scientific papers are invited for poster presentation on the theme of Conference. The abstract must be written in MS word, font- Times-New-Roman, font size-12 point font, 1.5cm spacing and should briefly reflect all the aspects of the study and should not exceed 250 words. Title should be in bold letters. The submission should be made on A-4 size paper. The abstract should include Title in capital, authors with surname followed by initials and affiliations. The name of presenting author should be indicated by underlining the author. The paper can be submitted through e-mail or a hard copy along with CD. Only registered delegates will be allowed to present the accepted papers and he/she must be one of the co-authors of the paper during submission. The size of poster should not exceed 90x120 cm. Contents to be included in the poster are-Title, Authors, Affiliation, Introduction, Material & Methods, Results & Discussions, Conclusion & Reference. Selection process: The scientific committee will review all submissions and decide on the abstracts to be short-listed for poster presentations. Acceptance will be notified by email.

Best 3 posters will be selected for the award with certificate of appreciation.

Publication of full papers
Selected papers presented at the conference will be published in conference proceeding or as a book chapter of special issue in the form of book. Detailed guidelines will be sent at the time of abstract acceptance letter. Proceeding will be provided on request on a discounted price.
