About I. T. S College of Pharmacy
I.T.S College of Pharmacy was established in 2004, in a beautifiil green campus on Delhi - Haridwar National highway. It stands No. 1 among pharmacy colleges affiliated to Dr. APJ AKTU, Lucknow (MHRD Ranking Under NIRF).The institute is running M.Pharm in three disciplines (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology). 8 batches of B. Pharm have passed out and students are placed throughout India and abroad. The institute has been a nurturing ground for pharmaceutical professionals and has a strong infrastructure i.e. well equipped laboratories, well documented library with DELNET, molecular modeling software, CPC SEA approved animal house, highly qualified faculty and state of art instrumentation facilites.

About the Seminar
R&D as well as Quality Control has attained enormous importance in India in the context of rapidly increasing industrialization and economic activity. Bioanalysis has always been a crucial step in the drug discovery and development. There is an ever increasing pressure on pharmaceutical scientists for faster, cheaper, more sensitive and reliable quantitative determination of products. On the other hand, different regulatory bodies have their own set of standards. An up to date knowledge is critical for staying ahead.

Objectives
Bio-analysis deals with quantitative analysis in a biological system which is an integral part of drag discovery and development program. Recently introduced, nano-bioanalytical field refers to the developments in nanotechnology in relation to bioanalysis which enable us to develop knowledge and techniques for the separation, detection and analysis of bio-molecules. Today's analyst is well equipped to deal with the modern challenges of analysis in variable and complex matrices much faster and with a higher level of confidence. This Seminar will focus on the fast changing scenario of nanoscaled bioanalytical applications in pharmaceutical field.

Seminar outcomes
Academic outcomes: The Seminar will provide a prospect to know about the current scenario in analytical and bioanalytical techniques for drag development and regulatory aspects for best practices, service offerings and further employment for the students, academicians and delegates from different backgrounds.
Social outcome: The knowledge of bioanalytical techniques will help in better understanding and service offerings for a broader social scenario. Commercial outcome: The bioanalytical data is mandatory for regulatory approvals which are important for obtaining patents and IPR by industrial avenues.
