Consultant - Pharma Manufacturing IT ( 8 - 16 years)
Looking for a dynamic Pharma Manufacturing domain consultant to work in the Life Sciences vertical. The candidate must have reasonable IT experience as well as working experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Operations Management of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To provide independent, analytical assessments focusing on project/client objectives Interactions with delivery and relationship teams to enhance value proposition to client
Collaborate for ideas and coordinate to build solutions with a GTM focus.
Drive the proposal process and any contact correspondence with the prospect
To provide consulting and optimization services to clients
Thought leadership and eminence building
Represent the company at trade events to promote solutions
To provide independent, analytical assessments focusing on project/client objectives
Desired Skills and Experience
Education Graduate / Post Graduation in Engineering. Preferably in Chemical Engineering or B Pharm / M Pharm

8-16 years of experience Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and/or Consulting. Plant experience is a must.
- Demonstrated technical skills and operational skill in managing medium to large pharma plants
- Exposure to Industry Standards: MESA,S95,S88
- Reasonable IT Experience in implementation or support of MES, QMS, LIMS or EAM
- Understanding of the drivers and challenges of the Pharma Manufacturing and have led or been involved is cost saving projects in pharma plants.
- Proven track of continuous success on improvement or optimization programs
- Exposure to LEAN Manufacturing desirable
- A very good understanding of cGMP and related regulations
- Basic understanding of TPM and similar concepts
- Capable of generating high-quality technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills and organizational abilities
- An effective communicator
- Exposure to Supply Chain or Quality Assurance areas
- Understanding of the ICH guidelines, QbD or PAT would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Plant Automation tools and products
