Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up posts of AYUSH Doctors (Ayurvedic / Homoeopathic), Pharmacist, Staff Nurse / A.N.M in the Mobile Medical Teams (MMTs) under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), NRHM, Odisha on contractual basis for a term of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per the Society norms basing on the performance and subject to subsistence of the programme. Performance Incentives and other benefits are also admissible for all posts as per norms & orders issued thereunder from time to time.

Monthly Base Remuneration (in Rs.): Rs.5200/-

Qualification & Experience: 
* Diploma in pharmacy from a recognized Institute and approved by PCI. Should have registered under Odisha State Pharmacy Council. Desirable: - Computer proficiency (MS Office).

* Applicant should be above 21 years and below 32 years age as on 1st October 2013 and the upper age limit as prescribed will be relaxable only for the categories mentioned below.
- Upto a maximum of 5 years if a candidate belongs to SC / ST or Women or exserviceman.
- To maximum of 10 years in case of Physically Challenged candidates.

* Applicant belonging more than one category shall avail the benefit of age relaxation which will be benefited

The candidate must have passed the H.S.C. examination & should have completed A.N.M course from institutions recognized by Govt. and approved by INC. Should have registered under Odisha Nursing Council.

* Applicant should be above 21 years and below 32 years age as on 1st October 2013 and the upper age limit as prescribed will be relaxable only for the categories mentioned below.
- Upto a maximum of 5 years if a candidate belongs to SC / ST or Women or exserviceman.
- To maximum of 10 years in case of Physically Challenged candidates.

a) The Pharmacist will be attached to a dedicated Mobile Medical Team (MMT) of RBSK head quartered at Block CHC and he/she will be accountable to the MO l/C of the concerned CHC.
b) The normal duty period will be 6 days in a week. Sunday will be off day.
c) The service will be mobile in nature. He/she will visit to AWCs, Schools & +2 Junior Colleges five days in a week for screening of children as per micro plan. However, he/she has to accompany on rotation basis with ANM in bringing the identified cases for referral services on referral day.
d) His/her primary duty will be to assist the AYUSH Doctors to screen the children enrolled under AWCs, Schools & +2 junior colleges of the assigned area.
e) He/she will treat the common ailments on the spot with the available medicines as authorised by Govt, of Odisha.
f) He/she will be the custodian of medicines and other screening equipments. He will maintain the stocks & store registers.
g) As the nodal person for report return, he/she will maintain all records/re ports of the MMT, monitor the record maintenance at institutions (School & AWC), prepare & submit the periodic report to the higher quarter.
h) He/she wil1 assist the AYUSH Doctor in monitoring other programmes/ activities i.e. lron+ initiatives, NPCB, NVBDCP, immunization, Health Promotional activities etc. at visited institutions.
i) He/she will perform all duty as per RBSK mandate. In addition, should do any other duty assigned by the authority as and when required.

The above positions are purely temporary and also co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit no-objection certificate from competent authority. Details of qualification, experience & ToR of each category of post can be downloaded from the official website (nrhmorissa.gov.in). Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are to apply online through the said website. The printed copy of the application generated from the system along with all supportive certificates shall however be sent to the concerned CDMO-cum- District Mission Directors of the district on or before 10.10.2013 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly the name of the post applied for. One candidate is eligible to apply for one district only. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged from the society on administrative grounds such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected. This office will not be held responsible for any postal delay. No personal correspondences/enquiry will be entertained in this matter.

The panel under MMTs, RBSK shall also remain valid for other programmes under NRHM ambit with difference in remuneration, if any as approved in each programme. Recruitment under this advertisement may vary as per vacancy existing at the time of actual engagement.
