One Junior Research Fellow will be required in the Department of Physiology, University of Calcutta for the project entitled “Beneficial effect of Tea Extract against Smokeless Tobacco induced oral mucosal damage: Toxicological assessment”. The research fellowship is initially for one year, extendable only on evaluation.

Post: Junior Research Fellow

Eligibility: First Class M.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences with NET JRF / (Lecturership) / Valid GATE score or M.Tech (Biotechnology). The candidates should have the relevant research experiences on Cell Culture, Molecular Biology Techniques, Animal Handling Skills or any proven research skills in the subject area.

Fellowship: Rs. 12,000 + 15% HRA throughout the project period as mentioned by the funding agency. Interested candidates are requested to bring two sets of complete application furnishing Bio-data on plain paper with attested copies of testimonials and all originals at the time of interview.
